Double Cone Blender is the best solution and specially made to blend dry powder for capsules / dried granules for tablets, handle and transfer any batch of product. The products are tumble diffused by continuously rotating the Vessel. The double cone blender is supplied complete with 1 No. Stainless Steel 316 Vessel having two conical frustum either side of shell of the vessel having lid on one side for charging with quick closing and opening clamps and butterfly valve (Manual) on other side for discharge. Central baffle is provided inside the vessel and on the wall of cylindrical shell. The design of the vessel is zero retention design. The machine works on motor with reduction gearbox and the vessel mounted on Plummer block and specially designed chain sprocket. Safety guard is provided with limit switch interlocked with motor which ensures safe operations. All contact parts are made out of SS316/304 quality as per requirements.

• The conical shape at both ends enables uniform mixing and easy discharge.
• All contact parts are made out of Stainless Steel 316 / 304 quality material.
• Maximum care has been taken to ensure safe operation of the unit.
• Two nos. of safety road will be provided at back side. (One LH side & one RH side)
• Suitable size of butterfly valve at one end of the cone provided for material discharge & hole with open able cover provided at other end of the cone for material charging & cleaning.
• One shaft with 3 / 4 nos. of fixed baffles with mirror polished provided inside the cone.
• Cone will be mirror polished from the inside & outside & structure will be Matt polished.
• All moving parts covered with SS 304 covers.
• Safety guards made from SS 304 pipes provided in front of the m/c with limit switch.
• Panel fabricated from SS 304 material with facility of three phase indication, D.O.L. starter, digital timer & Amp. Meter. (optional)

Working Principle of Double Cone Blender

The Double shape blenders have long two corner of product container for more rubbing and tumbler effect to the material for fast and homogenizing mixing. It can perform homogeneously dry mixing of free-flowing powders, granules requiring low shearing force, Mixing and Blending of particles with rapid intermixing of particles irrespective of varying specific gravity. The material is loaded into the double cone blender drum. The double blender is tumbling the material in the container and spread out. The mixing is achieved in 5 to 15 minutes with better homogeneity.
