This series of agitators can be easily operated with hydraulic elevation and rotation frame. The high speed of the mixing head makes the raw materials turn over and over so as to shear and mix the materials completely.

High Speed disperser Application

How The High Speed Disperser Works
The blade rotate up to 5000 fpm and generates a radial flow pattern in a stationary mixing vessel. The blade creates a vortex that draws the contents of the container to the sharp edges of the blade. The surfaces of the blade then mechanically broken solid bursts, so that their size is reduced and it is dispersed at the same time under the use as carrier liquid fluid.
Working principle of high speed disperser
When dispersing the material, the high speed disperser adopts the stepless speed regulation operation mode. The high-speed rotation of the main transmission equipment drives the rotation of the impeller mixer, and the paint disperser has a little advantage in the operation process.
